Ok so I know I have been lacking in updates. Well with tons of stuff on my mind like work, bills, and helping my girlfriend with her page I have been a little busy. I am now here to relay what has been going on in the DC front. First off two new releases in Japan. Dynamite Deka 2 and Elemental Gimmick Gear. I may import Dynamite Deka 2, but I am not sure yet. I have read a few reviews, which they are all good, but they say the game is too short and isnt worth the extra bit to import. I will not be getting EGG because it is an RPG and I can not read Japanese nuff said. The launch is now closer than ever and tons of games are ready for release. So far we have confirmed the following titles: Rainbow Six, House of the Dead 2, Sonic Adventure, Soul Calibur, Hydro Thunder, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing, Cart Racing, PowerStone, Virtua Fighter 3TB, and many others. I will have an official list as soon as I get one but as of today these are all confirmed. I am really looking forward to the release date and cant wait to see gamer's faces as they witness the next generation of gaming! As for this is ZT sayin' SEE-YA!

Two updates in a row, now that is business! Today Sega officially announced that two major release titles have slipped to later dates. Virtua Fighter 3 TB has been delayed so a versus mode can be added. NBA 2000 has also been delayed to tweak the gameplay. I think this is a good sign that Sega is concerned with the quality of their games. Also in DC news, the system is most definitely going to be able to be rented sometime in late July. It is still up in the air who is going to be the chain to recieve the system, but the two major choices have to be Hollywood and Blockbuster. ZT will keep you informed as more develops!

Another late update has ZT seeing the light of day already, but anyways on with the news. I recently revieved my copy of Marvel Vs. Capcom for the DC and have posted up a review for it. The game makes me wanna go outside and scream!!! The game is just utterly amazing, and this is coming from a die hard Capcom nut! You will have to read the review to find out everything. Next week look for a review of Blue Stinger and some more juicy info in the news section but as for now this is ZT sayin c-ya!

Monday, March 8 1999

I usually hate Monday mornings, but today I despised this one heehee, but anyways enough about me on with some DC news! Today more screen shots of Dead Or Alive 2 were released. The screens are so amazing and show off some impressive visuals of everyones favorite fighting girls. The game has been rumored to run on two Naomi boards. This being twice the power behind Sega's own Virtua Fighter 3. If this is so will the Dreamcast be able to handle its monsterous graphics? Only time will tell, in other news Namco has officially announced that Soul Calibur will be coming to the DC in the near future. This is great news for fans of Namco's fighting games. Expect to see it at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show. Recently someone posted a fake statement on the internet about Sega having a new system in the works to compete with Sony's new PS2. The system was called the Sega Avatar, and was supposidely Sega's answer to all the hype surrounding PS2. This statement was proven false and absolutely ridiculous, why should Sega even be thinking of deserting the DC so soon. This was obviously some prankster's way of saying that Sega is out of the game already. Sorry boys Sega is here, in command and ready to stay! Well that is about all for now be sure to check out the news section for screens on Tecmo's latest brawler as well as other gaming news all brought to you by ZT's Game Domain, this is ZT sayin seeya.

News on the Dreamcast front is that the system may be used for more than console gaming in the very near future. It has been rumored that the system will turn into a one-stop internet machine where the user can utilize video and voice to surf the web and communicate with other Dreamcast owners over the net. Also the very hyped up Shenmue is now rumored to be just the first in a long running series of what has been dubbed the "FREE (Full Reactive Eyes Entertainment)" genre. If the game reaches its anticipated 1 million copies sold this should be no speculation it will almsot definitely be cold hard fact! Konami of Japan has already confirmed Metal Gear Solid and Castlevani for its Dreamcast line-up but they have now annouced that versions of International Track and Field as well as International Superstar Soccer may be in the works also. Sega has rumored that the first fighting game to take advantage of the network feature will be a port of the ever-popular Street Fighter Alpha 3, we shall see if this rumor stands when SFA3 hits shelves in the next few months. Thats all for today this is ZT saying later.

Well for the first time in almost three years a new system has emerged from the woodwork and this time it is from Sega. The Sega Dreamcast is by far the most powerful system on the market to date. With 128-bit graphics and the best sound ever to grace a home system (yes even better than the PS). Here at ZeroTolerance's Dreamcast section we will be keeping tabs on the Japanese system mostly and anticipating the release of it here in little old America. Now sit back, relax and enjoy ZeroTolerance's Dreamcast Section!
