News Story:Star Wars Episode 1 Toy Frenzy
Ok, now I know every single SW freak in the world right now is just drooling after tonight's events, but I need to report this anyways!! I have just returned from my local Toys R Us where the new SW toys were unveiled at 12:01 am this morning. It was an absolutely crazy fiasco, there had to be a total of two hundred people just waiting in line for these things! I was there at 11pm and by then there were already at least 50 people waiting, this is insane! When the doors opened up and the fans went in it was like armageddon. I know I was kicked, punched, and even man handled by some people just to get my freakin Darth Maul!! I ended up resorting to violence on this account because I dont know what I would do without my Darth Maul. Me and Gambus Kahn were there only fifteen minutes before every single figure in the entire store was gone. Some of the employess even brought out more boxes and they disappeared within seconds. This has to be, by far THE BIGGEST event of all time. Star Wars Episode One:The Phantom Menace is going to make more money than any other thing in the history of the united states. I did not know it was as big as it is until tonight when I saw people actually fighting for a 12 inch Qui Gon Jinn doll...whew its pretty crazy if ya ask me. I do have to report that ZT got his Darth Maul and is very VERY happy. Until May 19th when this movie graces us with its presence the anticipation is going to be like electricity!! This is ZT sayin "May the force be with you!"
